Over under pass
Over under pass by Lachlan Giles. To execute the over-under pass, start by gripping the belt or pants for strong control. Keep your head low and forward to block the opponent’s counters. Step over their leg, pulling the knee away to create space. Once your knee clears their leg line, drop your head and shoulder across their body to lock the position. Use hip pressure to turn their hips, keeping them from escaping and securing a stable control.
