Butterfly guard basics
Butterfly guard basics with Brandon Mccaghren. Great explanation of the butterfly flow and small details. Generally in butterfly guard, you want to hook your feet under your opponent’s thighs to control them, while keeping your posture upright for leverage. Don’t forget to shift your hips and change angles to keep them guessing and maintain control.
